From time to time, Taylor & Company Law Offices, LLP represents clients on a pro bono basis or at reduced rates. For instance, Taylor & Company represents and advises Maddie's Fund on a variety of legal matters, including grant guidelines and individual grant language, at a substantially reduced rate. Maddie's Fund is a non-profit organization dedicated to the concept of "venture philanthropy" as a means of eliminating the killing of adoptable dogs and cats, and awards multi-year grants to organizations around the country also dedicated to that cause.
Taylor & Company is a proud supporter of the Bay Area Minority Law Student Scholarship program. This program was established through the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) in order to maintain diversity in legal education and the legal profession. Scholarship recipients receive a total of $15,000 in direct grants over three years of study.
