Stephen E. Taylor Stephen E. Taylor is an attorney and founder of Taylor & Company Law Offices, LLP. Steve graduated cum laude from Williams College (1970) and received his law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley (1973), where he was awarded the Order of the Coif. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable William T. Sweigert of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Prior to founding Taylor & Company in November 1992, Steve was a litigation partner at Graham & James (1976 to 1989) and Kindel & Anderson (1989 to 1992). Steve is a past President of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (2001) and also served as a member of the ABTL's Board of Governors (1997-2001). He is currently a member of the Board of the Northern District of California District Court's Federal Practice Program. In addition, Steve has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Bar Association of San Francisco and the Boalt Hall Alumni Association.
